Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

Specialist experience in Cancer Counselling.

One of the most common reasons for people to seek counselling is the desire for some kind of change in their lives. Others seek counselling for assistance and support in coping with personal difficulties, which may be the break-up of a relationship, anxiety, loss, bereavement, ill health or feeling they are not living the life they find meaningful.

Whatever the issues, I keep clients’ objectives central to the counselling process.

Counselling may give you a different perspective on the things which are creating difficulties in your life, and the insight and strategies to cope with the difficulties.

I know it takes courage to pick up the phone and to ask for help. When you first make the call to me, we will have a short chat to talk about what brings you to counselling, and make arrangements to meet for the first time.
